MOJAMOJA Brunch & Afterparty
The MojaMoja Brunch & Afterparty is a premier charity event attracting more than 500 guests held GRAMMY® Awards weekend. It has been highlighted inVanity Fair, VIBE, SPIN Media and Billboard.biz, garnering millions of international media and social media impressions. The brunch has featured Pop star Macy Gray, virtuoso Questlove of The Roots, Brazilian crooner Seu Jorge, the late Hip Hop icon Heavy D, and breakout artists Little Dragon, Hiatus Kaiyote, Janelle Monáe, and Flying Lotus. This year the award went to Nile Rodgers. Rodgers is a innovator, composer, producer and much much more.
During the event artists donated their time and performed to raise awareness and funds for the MojaMoja Fund. Financial contributions to the MojaMoja Fund at Liberty Hill Foundation are tax deductible and have benefited such charities as Oxfam America, Potential Energy (The Darfur Stoves Project), and the Common Ground Foundation.
